Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation | Locums Coverage needed in Oklahoma!

PM&R locum tenens opportunity in Oklahoma
Location: Oklahoma, inquire for specific location.
Schedule: December 28, 2026 – January 1, 2027
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p + call
Call: pager call, Monday-Friday, 5pm-8am overnight, available to come in but rarely required
Patients: 10-15 per day in unit
Scope: Inpatient Rehab – PM&R – mostly strokes, amputations, debility, spine patients that are thoracic level and below
EMR: Paragon
Group/Support: Hospitalist group available for medical consults as needed
Hospital: Level III trauma, 283 beds
Requirements: BC/BE, active OK license/DEA, clean background, availability to cover vacation week 12/28/2026 – 01/01/2027.
