Join a well-established and highly regarded women’s health team, as their new Medical Director, in a hospital recognized as a “Top Workplace in Oregon” and “Best Place to Have a Baby.” This position offers a balanced mix of OB and GYN, with a strong focus on GYN procedures supported by two DaVinci Xi robots. The team includes experienced OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, GYN/ONC, and dedicated anesthesiologists, ensuring comprehensive care for patients. Physicians enjoy a predictable schedule with clinic, OR, and call responsibilities, plus dedicated time off. Position Highlights: 

• Medical Director Role: Lead an established team of 5 full-scope OB/GYNs, with great retention 
• 70% GYN-heavy practice with advanced surgical capabilities (DaVinci Xi robots) 
• Comprehensive women’s health division with OB Hospitalists, MFM specialists, GYN/ONC, and more 
• Typical Week – Clinic: 2 days, OR: 1 day, Admin: 1 day 
• Call schedule: 1:5 rotation with post-call day off 
• Average monthly volumes: 185 clinic appointments, 10-12 deliveries, 10-12 surgeries 
• Level III NICU, 19-bed L&D unit, dedicated L&D anesthesiologist 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• $395K base salary + production incentives (income potential $525K) 
• $100K sign-on & relocation bonus 
• $100K student loan assistance 
• 200 hours PTO + 40 hours CME + $4,000 CME allowance
