OBGYN Hospitalist – Locum Opportunity | 40 Minutes from Nashville, TN
 

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN hospitalist for a locum opportunity in Tennessee, providing support for both deliveries and GYN coverage.
 

Assignment Details:

• Location: Tennessee (details shared upon interest)

• Duration: December 2025 – June 2026

• Schedule: Up to 108 hours per week

• Shift Options:

  • Monday 7p–7a (12-hour shift)

  • Wednesday 7a–7a (24-hour shift)

  • Friday 7a–Monday 7a (72-hour shift)

• Call: In-house

• Volume: 8–20 deliveries per day (shared between two providers); ~25 inpatient census

• Scope: Assigned & unassigned patients, deliveries, and unassigned GYN emergencies

• EMR: Cerner

• Facility: Level II Trauma Center

• Team: Collaborative physician model, no APP supervision

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Active TN or Compact State License

• Recent GYN case logs sufficient for privileges (e.g., at least 10 intra-abdominal cases in the past 12 months)
