Hospitalist Job in Oklahoma | $425K+ Current Earnings | 7-On/7-Off

Job Description

Step into an established Hospitalist program where a community-based practice environment is backed by the resources of a regional referral center. This opportunity gives Internal Medicine physicians the ability to practice across a broad clinical spectrum while having access to an extensive network of specialists and advanced services when patients need them. The organization has made significant investments in technology and clinical capabilities, creating an environment where Hospitalists can manage complex patients without practicing in a large metropolitan system. Physicians who enjoy academics can also make teaching part of their career through an established Internal Medicine Residency Program. New graduates can begin their careers within an experienced team, while seasoned Hospitalists can bring their expertise to a program that already has a strong clinical foundation. For a Hospitalist looking for meaningful earning upside, substantial time away from work, and the resources to practice confidently, this position offers a compelling combination.

College-Town Energy Without Big-City Hassles

North-central Oklahoma offers physicians the energy and amenities of a major university community while maintaining a noticeably easier pace of everyday life. The presence of a major university brings an ongoing mix of athletics, arts, entertainment, and activity to the region, giving physicians and their families more to enjoy close to home. At the same time, the area avoids much of the congestion and pace that often accompany larger metropolitan markets. A strong local dining and shopping scene makes everyday conveniences readily accessible, while commercial air service adds another layer of connectivity for travel. Families can also take advantage of an excellent public school system while enjoying the character of a community shaped by education and university life. It is an appealing setting for physicians who want an active community around them without sacrificing the ease and accessibility of a smaller market.
