This role is designed for physicians who value high-quality, relationship-based care supported by a highly organized clinical environment. The practice emphasizes quality over volume, with a steady pace of two patients per hour and strong care coordination resources. Position, Compensation & Organization 

• Medical Director Opportunity with a 4-day Work Week
• Full-time primary care role in a low-volume, employer-based clinic 
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with one-hour lunch 
• Two patients per hour scheduling model, flexible for translation needs 
• No nights, no weekends, and no call; nurse triage handles after-hours needs 
• Standard PCP mix including wellness, chronic disease, and acute care 
• Opportunity to provide occupational health services; MRO training provided 
• Collaborative environment supervising and working with experienced NP/APPs 
• Embedded care management and care navigation programs 
• Onsite lab, x-ray, EKG, and full-service pharmacy 
• Epic EMR with strong administrative and clinical support 
• $300,000 salary plus sign-on bonus and relocation allowance 
• Generous PTO, paid holidays, five CME days, and $3,000 CME allowance
