Family Medicine – Locum Tenens – Minnesota

Duration: October – Ongoing
Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p + optional weekend call
Call: Roughly 1 in 5 weekends, primarily phone-based — physically called in only 1–2 times per year.
Patient volume: 12-15 pts per day | 60-minute visits for new patients, 
Scope: Outpatient Primary Care – All ages| Chronic care, preventive, acute
EMR: Epic
Hospital: Critical Access hospital
Group/support: Provider will have their own nurse and triage RN
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified Family Medicine with a Minnesota or Compact license
