Dedicated clinical support, RN triage, care coordination, integrated behavioral health, and hospitalist coverage allow you to focus on your patients rather than unnecessary administrative or inpatient responsibilities. 

Want a straightforward outpatient practice? You can have it. Prefer broader-spectrum Family Medicine? OB, inpatient medicine, ER shifts and procedures can be incorporated if desired—not required.

Compensation & Benefits 

• $330K Base Salary + additional wRVU earning potential 
• $200K Incentive Package: Significant sign-on and retention incentives 
• Loan Repayment: Eligible for state and federal programs 
• Relocation: Up to $10,000 
• PTO: 20 vacation days + 6 holidays for new graduates; increases with experience 
• CME: $5,000 annually + 10 CME days
