• Southwest Fort Worth – Location 2: larger team of 5 physicians and 4 APPs 
• Physicians may potentially explore multiple locations before selecting their best fit 
• Flexible daily scheduling; clinic operating hours do not dictate physician start/end times 
• Gradual ramp-up for new physicians, typically beginning around 1 patient per hour 
• Established target of approximately 18+ patients per day 
• Clinic-only call with nurse triage; no hospital call
