• Average patient volume of 20–24 patients per day 
• Dedicated inbox coverage during time away to prevent message backlog 
• Team-based care model with physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers 
• On-site specialty services including behavioral health, cardiology, podiatry, nutrition, and dental 
• Newly renovated clinic with eClinicalWorks EMR system 
• Opportunity to perform procedures based on physician training and comfort level 
• Base salary between $270,000–$320,000 not tied to RVU pressure
