Job Details – OBGYN
Location: Fishersville, VA and Harrisonburg, VA
Duration: September 2026 – Ongoing for 6-12 months (potential to extend)
Schedule: 2 consecutive weeks per month, flexible on weeks
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-5p *8 hour guarantee, 3-5 clinic days
Call: 3-4 call shifts per month (12 hour day call), Occasional 24 hour call coverage (usually weekend). Rotate clinic and call day, with no expectations to have a clinic and hospital obligation in the same day.
Patient volume: Avg. monthly delivery (physician and CNM volumes): 100-120, clinic: 20-25 patients/day
Scope: OBGYN – both clinic and call coverage ideally or 24-HR call only coverage
EMR: Meditech expanse
Hospital: Not-for-profit, 255 beds, Specialty Services
Group/support: 7 physicians + 8 CNMs who share OB call, 3 GYN only physicians and 3 GYN only APPs (total of 21 providers)
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Virginia License strongly preferred but open to look at non-licensed
