This Urology Locum Tenens position is located in Georgia.    

Locations: Georgia (one hour west of Atlanta) 
– Two locations for onsite coverage 20 minutes apart
– Two locations for phone consults only 
Duration: 6-12 months, ongoing coverage needed in 2027
Schedule: 2026 Dates:

• 7am Sep 21 – 7am Sep 24
• 7am Nov 23 – 7am Nov 26
• 7am Dec 21 – 7am Dec 24

Shift: 7a-7a
Call requirements: 24hr beeper call from hotel covering multiple locations Call room available if preferred.
Scope of practice: Bread & butter Urology – no advanced surgeries. Phone consults must be taken for all 4 locations. Rounding, in-person callback, and triage to two hospitals only. Responsible for phone calls, emergency surgeries, rounding on urology patients and ER consults. NO CLINIC. All trauma/advanced cases are transferred out
Volume: Average of 4-6 hours of work per day. Rounding on 10-15 Carrollton patients on a busy day with 2-3 callbacks at main hospital. 0-5 patients on a busy day at sister site rare for callback.
