Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance 
  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM schedule 
  • Manageable patient load: 18-25/day, primarily adults 
  • Light clinic phone call (1:5); optional paid hospital call 
• State-of-the-Art Facility 
  • Shared clinic with Primary Care and a strong referral base 
  • Supportive team: 1 ENT, 1 APP, plans for 2 more ENTs, 2 Audiologists 
  • Advanced equipment: 6 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, audiology booths

  • OR block time at two ASCs and nearby hospital 
  • Pursue subspecialties: Otology, Facial Plastics with reconstructive focus 
  • Competitive salary: $441K–$491K, plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
