Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Hospital-employed position with full benefits and $1.5M+ income potential 
• Competitive guaranteed salary plus RVU incentives and additional call pay 
• Stable, collegial practice with exceptional physician retention 
• Flexible 4.5-day workweek including a half-day of administrative time 
• 1:8 weekend call with APP support and 1:6 STEMI call 
• Average patient volume of 22-25 patients daily after ramp-up 
• Bread-and-butter Interventional Cardiology practice with Structural Heart opportunities available 
• Practice in a modern 290-bed Level III hospital 
• Four cardiac catheterization labs, one EP lab, and one hybrid operating room 
• Dedicated APP support and experienced Cath lab staff 
• Leadership committed to physician engagement and work-life balance 
• Five weeks of PTO, six holidays, and $7,000 CME allowance
