Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • $704K first-year guaranteed compensation 
  • Two-year salary guarantee with RVU bonus structure afterward 
  • 75th percentile income projection with productivity upside 
  • Four-day workweek with 9-hour clinic days 
  • No call, inpatient chemotherapy, or hospital rounding 
  • Academic appointment available at Associate Professor level 
  • General Hematology/Oncology mix with balanced pathology 
  • Average volume of 10–14 patients per day 
  • Structured visits with 60-minute consults and 30-minute follow-ups 
  • Strong APP support within a multidisciplinary oncology team 
  • 10-chair infusion center with dedicated infusion RNs 
  • Onsite pharmacy, lab services, and radiation oncology 
  • Epic EMR integrated across 11 oncology sites 
  • Medical Director opportunity with additional stipend available
