Position Highlights 

  • True 4-day workweek with four 10-hour clinic days 
  • Average of just 16 patients per day with one-hour new patient visits and 30-minute follow-ups 
  • Comprehensive oncology program with 18 infusion chairs and certified oncology nurses 
  • Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards with strong oncology surgery and hematopathology support 
  • Inpatient chemotherapy managed by hospitalists with oncology consultation support 
  • 24/7 access to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for complex case consultation 
  • Serve patients from across the entire state of Alaska, including Native populations 
  • Modern 176-bed Level II Trauma Center with 11 operating rooms, 4-OR ambulatory surgery center, and Cerner EMR 

 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Annual income guarantee up to $820,000 
  • Productivity bonus based on billable encounters 
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance paid within 30 days of signing 
  • $25,000 annual tax-free student loan repayment 
  • 46 days of paid time off, including 26 vacation days, 12 holidays, and 8 CME days with a $6,000 allowance 
  • Occurrence malpractice coverage through the Federal Tort Claims Act 
  • J-1, H-1B, and Indian Health Service obligations supported
