Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Practice in a beautiful, fully integrated 24,000-square-foot Cancer Center with all major oncology services under one roof
- Collaborative team including 3 Medical Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists, and 3 experienced Hematology/Oncology APPs
- Comprehensive cancer services including infusion, radiation oncology, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, advanced imaging, on-site laboratory, pharmacy, genetic counseling, palliative care, and patient navigation
- Modern clinical infrastructure featuring a 30-chair infusion suite, in-house chemotherapy pharmacy, on-site procedure rooms, and advanced CT, MRI, and PET imaging
- Participate in multidisciplinary breast and general tumor boards alongside surgery, pathology, radiology, and oncology specialists
- Community-based oncology practice with opportunities to develop subspecialty interests, including GI oncology
- Phase III and IV clinical research available, providing expanded treatment options without requiring patients to travel
- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with light Fridays, dedicated administrative time, and efficient clinical workflow
- Shared 1:6 call rotation supported by hospitalists and experienced inpatient oncology nursing, creating a manageable call burden
- Potential teaching opportunities through a developing medical education program
- Guaranteed base salary that remains in place, complemented by an established productivity model. Current physicians earn $850,000–$900,000 annually
- $40,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment options, and J-1/H-1B visa sponsorship available
