Position Highlights 

• Immediate patient demand with an established referral network and busy patient panel 
• Flexible scheduling with a true 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) 
• Alternative scheduling options including traditional outpatient, 7-on/7-off, or 14-on/14-off models 
• Bread-and-butter General Cardiology including hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, chest pain, TEEs, echocardiography, stress testing, EKGs, and nuclear cardiology 
• Dedicated 1:1 Advanced Practice Provider support for every physician 
• Join an experienced team of General, Interventional, and Electrophysiology Cardiologists 
• Access to Structural Heart, Cath Lab, Advanced Imaging, and regional outreach programs 
• Manageable patient volumes of approximately 15–18 patients per day 
• Shared call supported by hospital APPs and hospitalists to minimize physician burden 
• Epic EMR with onsite diagnostics, device clinic, and advanced cardiovascular technology 

Compensation & Benefits 

• Two-year guaranteed base salary starting around $630,000 
• Current physicians earning $700,000+ through an uncapped productivity model 
• Up to $75,000 in sign-on and relocation assistance
