Emergency Medicine Job in Coastal South Carolina | $530K+ Earnings | Physician-Led ED

Job Description

Practice Emergency Medicine in an environment where physicians make the decisions, patient volumes remain manageable, and earning potential reflects your preferred workload. This coastal South Carolina opportunity combines the autonomy of a private physician group with the stability and benefits of hospital employment, offering a refreshing alternative to high-volume, administratively driven emergency departments. Physicians currently earn $530K+, with opportunities to increase income through additional shifts rather than being limited by a fixed schedule. The department maintains a physician-first philosophy, prioritizing safe staffing, efficient clinical operations, and the resources necessary to deliver excellent emergency care. An established team of physicians, APPs, and specialists creates a collaborative environment where clinical judgment guides patient care. With significant expansion planned for 2027, incoming physicians can join an established program while becoming part of its next chapter of growth.
