Our scheduling system is designed to respect your time, offering:

• 8-10 shifts per month providing an equal mix of day and night shifts. 
• Schedule booked out 3-6 months in advance, this structure allows you to plan your life and enjoy Alaska’s endless days or mystical nights according to your personal rhythm.
