Physicians will join a highly collaborative, well-supported team with strong APP and resident coverage, allowing for efficient workload distribution and enhanced patient care. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Level I Trauma Center with nationally significant volume and acuity 
• ~150,000+ ED visits annually; one of the busiest in the U.S. 
• ~2,200 trauma activations and 4,000 trauma patients per year 
• ~2,000 emergency general surgery cases annually 
• High-acuity case mix: trauma, EGS, and surgical critical care 
• 12 clinical shifts per month across trauma, ICU, and EGS 
• Balanced schedule with day, night, and weekend coverage 
• 4 trauma surgeons in-house (day); 2 in-house overnight 
• Dedicated ICU and EGS physician roles for optimized workflow 
• 10 trauma surgeons with planned expansion to ~14.6 FTE
