Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient practice 
  • 4.5 clinical days with a protected half-day of administrative time 
  • 36 patient-contact hours + 4 administrative hours weekly 
  • Average 18–22 patients per day with flexibility for higher volume 
  • Very light call: 8 days/month with telemedicine and tele-stroke support 
  • ED and tele-stroke team manage stroke and TPA protocols 
  • EMG, EEG, nerve conduction studies, and Botox procedures 
  • On-site EMG technician plus advanced neuroimaging and diagnostic capabilities 
  • Established and growing Neurology team 
  • Earning potential up to approximately $625K through wRVU production 
  • Current physicians consistently achieve bonus-level production 
  • $30K+ sign-on bonus 
  • 24 days PTO + 5 CME days and $3K annual CME allowance 
  • PSLF student loan repayment eligibility =
  • Malpractice with tail, licensure, certifications, and renewals covered
