Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Employed Medical Oncology position within a nationally recognized cancer program 
• Opportunity to build a new Medical Oncology practice at a brand-new Cancer Institute opening in December 2026 
• Develop a Medical Oncology practice with the opportunity to establish a GU-focused specialty program 
• Collaborate alongside an internationally recognized Medical Oncology leader 
• 36 patient-facing hours plus 4 administrative hours each week 
• Target patient volume of 20–24 patients per day 
• Comprehensive oncology support including nurse navigators, RNs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and APPs 
• Epic EMR system for streamlined clinical workflow 
• Two-year guaranteed salary followed by $96 per wRVU with uncapped productivity 
• Up to $60,000 quality bonus plus $40,000 APP oversight stipend 
• $30,000 commencement bonus and up to $15,000 relocation assistance 
• PSLF-eligible employer 
• Approximately 1:6 shared call, transitioning to a dedicated oncology call rotation as the program expands
