Locums Endocrinology – Oregon Coast – Open to license

Location: Oregon Coast – with easy access to beaches, outdoor recreation, and the Pacific Northwest
Duration: October 2026 – January 15, 2027; April 06, 2027 – June 25, 2027 (potential to extend)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – 4-5 days per week (4-day week would have Friday off)
Call: N/A
Scope: Endocrinology clinic bread & butter, Adults only (no procedures; IR in hospital does biopsies). Primarily Medicare patients type 2 diabetes, some thyroid, osteoporosis and testosterone patients. Be comfortable with: Gender affirming hormone replacement therapy, Gestational Diabetes.
Patient Volume: 12-15 patients/day (2-3 new visits which are 1 hour, follow-ups are 30-45 min. visits)
EMR: Cerner. A1C machine in the clinic.
Hospital: level 3 trauma, 25 bed critical access.
Group/support: One additional Endocrinology physician, Each provider has own MA, Clinical pharmacist available, Onsite pump trainers, Diabetic educator/MNT, Social Workers accessible.
Requirements (boards, license): BC, Oregon license preferred (estimated 30 days to obtain if needed)
