Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • Established endocrinology team with 2 physicians, 1 part-time physician, and 1 APP 
  • Standard 4.5-day clinic schedule with 4 protected administrative hours weekly 
  • Manageable patient volume of 18–20 patients per day 
  • Light consultative call: 1:3 month-long rotation, averaging 1–3 consults per week 
  • Dedicated endocrinology-trained nurses, LPNs/MAs, and front office support 
  • Strong referral network from the area’s largest primary care group plus outside referrals 
  • Competitive compensation targeting MGMA median (approximately $320K base) with productivity incentives 
  • Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement with 4% employer match (6% contribution), and malpractice coverage 
  • PSLF-eligible employer 
  • 5 weeks PTO, plus 5 CME days and $3,000 annual CME allowance 
  • Licensure and professional dues covered
