Qualifications

• NBCRNA certified
• Active Michigan RN license and Michigan CRNA specialty certification
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Documented experience with spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, and arterial catheters
• Case logs documenting 75 patient encounters within the past 12 months
