Job Description

New Job Details – CRNA
Location:  Near Saginaw, MI
Duration:  ASAP – Ongoing
Reason for coverage:   Shortage of providers
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month
Shift: Monday – Friday from 6:30am – 5:00pm (10hr shifts with 30-min lunch)
Call:  Yes – 1:4 call
Scope:  CRNA – 70% OP / 30% IP

  • Endoscopy
  • General
  • OB/GYN
  • Ortho
  • Pain Management
  • Urology
  • Vascular
  • Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters

EMR:  EPIC/Dragon
Hospital: Level 4 Trauma
Requirements (boards, license):  NBCRNA certified with Michigan license. Active AHA – BLS, ACLS, PALS

  • MUST HAVE CASE LOGS SHOWING: 75 patient encounters within 12 months
