Inpatient Psychiatry – Locums in New York

The Inpatient Psychiatry locums position in New York…
-Location: New York (45 minutes north of Albany)
-Duration: September – October 30 (potential to extend)
-Schedule: full-time
-Shift: Monday-Friday 8a – 4:30p
-Call: optional
-Volume: 12-15 patients per day
-Scope: rounding and consulting on the adult inpatient unit
-EMR: Epic
-Groups: 2 Psychiatrists, 2 PMHNP’s. Strong support team on the unit – BH certified nurses, social workers, care managers, dedicated Hospitalist PA to address medical needs
-Hospital: 30 bed unit, 400 general beds, no trauma designation
-Required: Available for the duration listed, Board certified or board eligible, a New York license at time of application
