Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

  • Established General Surgery practice at a 99-bed acute care hospital 
  • Flexible schedule with 4-5 clinical days per week 
  • Broad general surgery practice with no trauma responsibilities 
  • 10 days of call per month with a manageable overall call volume 
  • Academic involvement through the University of Wyoming’s WWAMI program 
  • Opportunities to precept students, mentor future physicians, and participate in workshops 
  • Affiliation with a leading regional health network providing subspecialty consultation and clinical resources 
  • $500,000+ starting salary for new graduates + bonus 
  • $515,000 salary for experienced surgeons + bonus 
  • $18,000 resident stipend available until training completion 
  • $35,000 recruitment bonus 
  • $5,000 annual CME allowance
