Cardiac Electrophysiology Job in Southern California | Build New EP Program | Partnership

Job Description

This is an opportunity to build an EP program instead of stepping into someone else’s blueprint. As the first dedicated Electrophysiologist in an established physician-owned cardiology group, you can develop your own patient base while defining how EP care grows within an already robust cardiovascular program. The position is designed for a physician who wants procedural depth, meaningful autonomy, and the ability to influence a service line from the ground up. Rather than navigating a fragmented practice model, you will have the backing of an established cardiology team and comprehensive cardiovascular services as you grow the program. Long term, the opportunity extends beyond employment into physician ownership and a compensation model tied to what you build. For an Electrophysiologist with an entrepreneurial mindset, this is a rare chance to pair private-practice independence with the infrastructure to make a new program take off.
