This faculty position blends clinical work with academic engagement, supporting a rapidly expanding ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program launched in 2021. Position Highlights: 

  • 100% outpatient psychiatry – adult or child/adolescent focus 
  • Monday–Friday with no call; 32 clinical + 8 administrative hours/week 
  • Faculty appointment with academic rank aligned to your experience 
  • Protected time for education, mentorship, and curriculum development 
  • Intimate resident class sizes for optimized learning 
  • $350K base salary (2 Year Guarantee) with Bonus Potential 
  • Current physicians making $350,000-425,000 
  • $25K sign-on bonus and up to $20K relocation package 
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible + Additional Repayment Assistance 
  • Full benefits: 8.5 weeks PTO, 403(b) with match, CME 
  • H1B visa sponsorship available
