Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Associate Chief role leading ambulatory cardiology operations, strategy, and growth initiatives 
• 20% protected administrative time within a 5-day workweek 
• Collaborative team of 10 cardiologists including EP, Heart Failure, Interventional, and Non-Invasive specialists 
• Advanced imaging capabilities including cardiac CT, MRI, echocardiography, TEE, stress testing, and implantable monitors 
• Strong support structure with APPs, residents, fellows, and dedicated care teams 
• Academic practice environment with direct interaction alongside cardiology fellows 
• Faculty recruitment, physician development, mentorship, and leadership responsibilities 
• Manageable patient volumes with a maximum of 16 patients per day 
• New patient appointments scheduled for 60 minutes to support comprehensive care
