Position, Compensation & Organization 

• Long-term salary progression toward the 90th MGMA percentile with tenure 
• $50,000 sign-on bonus 
• 13 weeks of paid time off annually, inclusive of vacation, CME, and sick leave 
• Physicians personally perform approximately 90% of their cases 
• Team of 5 anesthesiologists and 8 CRNAs 
• Home call averaging 1:10 with a guaranteed post-call day off 
• On 80%+ of call days, the call physician does not need to come in until around 3 PM 
• Weekend call is generally light and shared equitably with holidays 
• OR day begins at 8 AM and typically consolidates toward one active room around 3 PM 
• 4,738 surgical/procedural cases performed last fiscal year 
• Approximately 350 deliveries annually 
• 4 main ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, C-section/OB, outpatient surgery, Cath lab, and procedural coverage 
• 63-bed full-service hospital with a 24-hour Emergency Department and Family Birth Center 
• Level IV Trauma Center with 100+ physicians and allied medical staff
