Advanced Practice, Orthopedic Surgery – Locums – Oregon

The APP, Orthopedic Surgery locum tenens opportunity in Oregon…
-Location: Oregon (90 miles north of Portland, on the coast)
-Duration: October 2026 – March 2027 (potential to extend)
-Coverage: 4 days per week (ideally 4 weeks/month, may consider 2-3 weeks/month)  
-Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 2 days in clinic, 2 days in the OR
-Clinic hours: 8a-6p
-OR hours: 7a-4p
-Call schedule: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
-Scope: bread and butter orthopedics (high concentration of total joints, no spine)
-Patient Volume: 20-25 PPD in clinic (mix of new and established patients, pre & post op. visits)
-EMR: Cerner
-Group: 2 other APPs, 3 surgeons
-Hospital: 25 bed critical access hospital (affiliated with tertiary care, level I academic center for high acuity patients)
-Requirements: Board certified with 2 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and Oregon license or willing to apply
