Please see below for a locum tenens opportunity with Pacific Companies. We are a nationwide physician staffing firm seeking Urgent Care physicians in Wyoming.
This Urgent Care Locum Tenens position is located in Wyoming
Location: Southeast Wyoming, 50 miles from Cheyenne (Inquire for specific location).
Duration: November 2026 – March 2027 (potential to extend)
Reason for coverage: Full-time vacancy
Schedule: Full-time or per diem
Full-time schedule:
36 hours a week and every other weekend.
>Week one: three 12 hour shifts Monday – Friday (flexible on which days)
>Week two: two 12 hour shifts Monday – Friday (flexible on which days), eight hour shift on Saturday and four hour shift on Sunday
Shift hours:
>Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
>Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
>Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Call: N/A
Patient volume: must be comfortable with up to 3-4 patients per hour
Scope: walk ins, urgent care, all ages
Procedures: Sutures, Lacerations, Splits, Incision and drainage of Abscesses, Wound Care
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital: 99 beds, no trauma designation
Group/support: N/A
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified or Board eligible if recently trained. Client is willing to look at licensing as long as the provider can work full-time of a minimum of 3 months
