• Immediate need: Busy practice with a 3-month waitlist
• Outpatient focused: General Ped GI with low inpatient volume

• Schedule: Mon–Fri, with Friday afternoons for admin
• Light call: 1 week/month onsite; remote the other 3 weeks

• Compensation: Median–75th percentile MGMA + RVU incentives
