Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Join the only established comprehensive IVF program in the region with a 30-year history of fertility care
- Serve a regional referral base of approximately 1–1.5 million patients in the Upper Midwest
- Opportunity to help expand a high-demand fertility program with future Medical Director succession planning
- Practice alongside an experienced REI physician with mentorship available for new graduates
- Comprehensive fertility services including IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, fertility preservation, egg freezing, male infertility evaluation, recurrent pregnancy loss, PCOS management, and oncofertility
- Established IVF program performing approximately 160–210 IVF cycles annually with substantial opportunity for growth
- Dedicated fertility team including 2 APPs, 4 fertility nurses, 2 LPNs, 2 IVF coordinators, 3 experienced embryologists, and a dedicated Genetic Counselor
- On-site embryology and andrology laboratory with CAP accreditation and 27 years of SART participation
- Light shared call approximately every fifth week with minimal after-hours responsibilities and hospitalist support for admissions
- Two-year guaranteed $630,000 base salary
- $200,000 recruitment and retention incentive forgiven over three years
- Productivity model, with current earning potential exceeding $700,000 annually
