Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

$515K compensation with a salary guarantee
$50K+ sign-on bonus with a three-year forgiveness period
$6K relocation assistance
Defined daily shifts including 6 AM–noon, 6 AM–2:30 PM, 6 AM–4 PM, and noon-to-close
Pediatric-only call averaging approximately 1:7–1:8 with low call case volume
Additional compensated call: beeper stipend plus hourly pay when called in
Support pediatric ENT, orthopedics, urology, neurosurgery, imaging, and other surgical services
Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology team manages heart cases and provides second-call support
Pediatric cases generally limited to one-room coverage and no more than two-room concurrency
Dedicated pediatric CRNA support within a 75-CRNA anesthesia group
Approximately 30-bed PICU and 60-bed NICU supporting complex pediatric care
New Children’s Hospital planned for 2028 with specialized pediatric endoscopy and procedure space
Academic appointments available with opportunities to teach anesthesia residents
Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship in development, with accreditation process forthcoming
