Pathology locum tenens opportunity in Oregon
Location: Oregon
Schedule: 1 week per month 
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8a-4:30p
Call: Yes, (rare) lab call
Patients: 12-20 cases per day
Scope: Cases include biopsies as well as larger colon, breast, ENT, and prostate cases. The pathologist also is required to perform ROSE for U/S guided FNAs (1-2 / week on average) as well as frozen sections which are less likely but do occasionally occur (1-2/month).
EMR: Epic
Group: Seasoned support staff of nurses and MAs
Hospital: 39 bed facility, no trauma designation
Requirements: Oregon license required at time of application and board certified or board eligible in both clinical and anatomical.
