This position offers a primarily outpatient practice with a predictable schedule, strong support staff, and limited inpatient responsibility. With full-time pediatric hospitalists on staff and triage-only phone calls for your own patients, this role emphasizes quality care without unnecessary burden. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

  • 90% outpatient Pediatrics
  • Average 18 patients per day (seasonal peaks mid-20s)
  • Common cases: wellness checks, ear infections, strep, ADHD
  • Phone call only for your patients; triage handles routine calls
  • 4½-day workweek with 4 hours administrative time
  • Option for a 4-day workweek
  • 1–2 weeks inpatient coverage per year (additional opportunity if desired)
  • Full-time pediatric hospitalists on staff
  • Fully supported clinic with comprehensive staff
  • EMR: eClinicalWorks

Clinic Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (½ day admin time)

On-Site & Referral Services:

  • Primary care, dental (referral), and mental health counseling
  • Diabetes education and nutrition services

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $255,000 base salary
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus + $8,000 relocation assistance
  • 6 weeks PTO (includes PTO, sick, holidays, CME)
  • $3,000 CME allowance
  • Employer-paid health insurance, LTD, STD, Basic Life & AD&D

  • NHSC Loan Repayment eligible
