Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

100% inpatient, hospital-employed Neurohospitalist position with no outpatient clinic
7-on/7-off schedule, 7 AM–7 PM, providing approximately 26 weeks off annually
Balanced workload averaging 6–8 consults daily; busy days typically reach 7–10
General Neurology, acute stroke, ICU and medical/surgical consultations
Expected procedures include EEG interpretation and occasional lumbar punctures
No EMGs, Botox clinics or outpatient procedures required
Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center with established telestroke support
Collaborative care with Hospital Medicine, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine and Neurosurgery
Two ICUs totaling 26 beds within a 265-bed regional referral hospital
Growing neuroscience resources include inpatient, outpatient and tele-neurology support
Competitive, experience-based employed salary with a straight compensation model
$50,000 sign-on bonus plus $8,000 in relocation assistance
