Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Nocturnist schedule: 7-on/7-off block schedule, 7 PM–7 AM 
• Hospital-employed APP position within a collaborative hospital medicine program 
• Work alongside 3 Hospitalists and 4 APPs in a supportive team environment 
• Manageable patient volumes averaging 8–12 patients per shift 
• Typical admissions of only 1–3 patients per shift 
• Emergency Department manages codes and procedures, allowing focus on hospital medicine 
• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital with a 6-bed ICU
