Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Established GYN Oncology practice with immediate patient demand 
• Join 1 experienced GYN Oncologist + NP support (growing team) 
• 20–25 surgical cases per month with 1–2 dedicated OR days/week 
• Balanced case mix: ~50% oncology and complex benign gynecology 
• Shared call with manageable volume and strong support structure 
• No mandatory benign gynecology call responsibilities 
• OB hospitalists handle L&D, minimizing overnight disruptions 
• NP support for after-hours patient communication 
• Multidisciplinary cancer team: Med Onc, Rad Onc, surgery, imaging
