Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Independent, community-owned hospital with zero debt and exceptional financial stability 
• Compensation of $187K–$228K plus $50K annual stipend 
• Outpatient-only ENT APP position with no call 
• See approximately 18–25 patient encounters per day 
• Broad ENT scope including clinic evaluations, follow-up care, procedures within APP scope, and surgical support as appropriate 
• Work alongside an established ENT physician 
• Allergy experience is a plus, but not required 
• Opportunity created to support continued growth of the ENT service line 
• 6 weeks of PTO plus holidays
