Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights 

• Be one of the founding CNMs of a growing Women’s Health program
• Build and manage your own patient panel
• Provide prenatal care and vaginal deliveries with OB/GYN backup
• Dedicated administrative and charting time anticipated each week
• Flexibility around after-hours deliveries with on-call physician coverage
• Strong base salary plus productivity incentive bonuses
