- $373,469 base (75th percentile) for 1.0 FTE
- Additional shifts paid at $2,441 per 12-hour shift
- Only cover 1 hospital – Level III NICU with 2800–3000 annual deliveries
- OB Hospitalists support ~40 deliveries/month
