Professional:
- 29 weeks OFF a year
- 100% Inpatient Pediatric Hospitalist
- 7 on 7 off schedule/Monday – Monday
- Round in morning then take call from home – you will rarely come back in
- 14 Beds on Pediatric Floor
- Average 120 births a month – about 8 newborns and 1-2 pediatric patients daily
- Common Procedures include: PALS, Resuscitation, intubation and circumcision
- DO NOT attend deliveries – neonatologist and NP attend
- NICU II – outsourced to OU and an NP provides 24/7 coverage
- Great ER staff, will call to admit
- 24 Hour on site pharmacy provides meds to beds
- EMR is Paragon
Compensation and Benefits
- $235K Base Salary
- $50K Sign and $8K Relocation
