Professional Details 

– Practice Details: 

  – Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Hospitalists 

  – Focus on treating underserved Native Alaskan children 

  – Engage in unique cases offering interesting & fun daily experiences 

  – Flexible schedule with typically one trip per month 

  – No need for an Alaska Medical License to start 

– Compensation Package: 

  – First year compensation ranges from $398,407 to $478,929 

  – Up to $156.78/hour and up to $60,000/year metrics bonus 

  – Annual retention bonuses up to $22,827 

  – Generous $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment 

  – Enjoy up to $20,000 relocation assistance 

– Clinical Environment: 

  – Hospital Medicine treating patients up to 18 years old 

  – Work with an interdisciplinary team including sub-specialists in Anchorage 

  – Be part of a tribally operated, not-for-profit regional hospital serving over 50 Native Alaskan villages
