- Built in Referral Pattern from Large Health System: Regional Service Area with 25 Clinics & 5 Hospitals

- 4-Day work week with Dedicated Block Time
- 50/50 Clinic and OR Time
- Ability to Subspecialize – Men’s Health, URO GYN, URO ONC, etc
- Da Vinci Robot, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Rezum Therapy, UroNav, Urodynamics
- Epic EMR
- $550,000 Guarantee Base Salary + wRVU Productivity Bonuses
