Job Description

The locum tenens primary care opportunity near Burbank, CA.

New Job Details –
Location: Near Burbank, CA
Duration: August 1 – December 31
Reason for coverage: Maternity Leave
Schedule: Full-time (may consider 4 days per week)
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 18 ppd
Scope: All ages or adult only depending on training. Outpatient primary care 
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Affiliated Hospital: Level I trauma center
Group/support: MAs and full subspecialty support
Requirements: Clean NPDB (non-negotiable), COVID Vaccinated, Board certified, CA license and California DEA

*Assistance with credentialing provide – 30-60 day timeline*
