  • Practice Details:
    • Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine Physicians.
    •  Opportunity to treat underserved Native Alaskans, experiencing unique cases.
    •   Enjoy a balanced life with no call and no weekends.
    •   Start practicing immediately without needing an Alaska Medical License.
  • Compensation Package:
    •   Competitive base salary up to $339,622, based on experience.
    •   Quarterly metrics bonuses up to $18,750 and annual retention bonuses up to $23,773.
    •   Generous $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment.
    •   Up to $20,000 relocation assistance and up to $50,000 loan forgiveness.
    •  Ample time off: 5 weeks PTO, 10 CME days with $10K allowance/year, and 11 paid holidays.
  • Clinical Environment:
    •  Outpatient Family Medicine treating all ages in a tribally operated, not-for-profit regional hospital.
    • Work alongside an interdisciplinary team including Internal Medicine, FNPs, and more.
    • Serve over 50 Native Alaskan villages, ensuring impactful and meaningful work.
